Wrapping # 2....

OK, we left yesterday's blog with ideas on craft organizing.  Some people have craft rooms, and some have craft closets, down to under the bed storage.  It's all good, as long as we know where everything is when we are ready to use it.  Now many of us do the usual wrapping at the holidays like this....

#Christmas *wants this wrapping paper!*
This is probably what my wrapping looks like, although I use the colorful paper for the children's gifts, and I try and put a really nice bow on the adult gifts.

This lady's wrapping matches her tree!  She said she likes to be coordinated with her wrapping and decorations.  This is a different color for the holidays, but very pretty!

These gifts are wrapped with some imagination.  I love this idea of wrapping gifts this way.  It brings a little nature and texture inside.

This is another brown paper wrapping, only used with stencils.  It looks like they even used bags to do this.
Everyone has some bags hanging around, very cool wrapping!

Here is another natural gift wrapping.  I love the gift tags.  That would be easy to do.  I like this idea.

These gifts are so beautiful.  I love the idea of using all white colors.  It looks like it may be a little time consuming to wrap these gifts.  I would love receiving one of these.  It would feel so special, knowing that someone took the time to wrap my gift like this.

Gift tags with imagination.  They are so pretty.  Of course http://www.marthastewart.com/ .  I think I better start making them now so that they would be ready to go once the holidays roll around.

And last but not least, these are simply beautiful!  I would love something like this under my tree, or any other time of year for that matter!

I found so many ideas for wrapping gifts.  All of these pictures are from Pinterest.  I hope you found them helpful as well.  Does it make you stop and think about wrapping your gifts with imagination?  I hope so, because it does make people feel special to receive a gift that is beautifully wrapped.
How do you wrap your gifts?  I would love to have a link up party, but I don't know how!

Pillow Talk....

Pillow Talk: What Does Your Pillow Arranging Style Say About You?

Are you classic or casual? Romantic or relaxed? It turns out that how you arrange your pillows can reveal clues to your psyche. Read on to see what your bed could be saying about your behavior.  This is pretty interesting.  I took this from House Beautiful Magazine.

If Your Pillows Are Asymmetrical

Are your pillows tossed about in any which way? Do you arrange your pillows without a particular order? Your unfussy style says that you are a relaxed, bohemian type who's easygoing and open to new experiences.
Tip: Stick to the same color scheme when selecting pillows, but try using different prints and patterns to mix up the look.

If Your Pillows Are Balanced, but Have a Single Accent

Do you prop pillows the classical way, but throw the symmetry off with one extra bolster? Do you prefer when something doesn't look too perfect? If so, your style is traditional with a twist. You're never too prim and proper — but you aren't given to the latest trends either  These are how my pillows are in my guest room.
.

If Your Pillows Are Precisely Stacked

Are your pillows tiered, trim, and level? Does clutter on the nightstands (or anywhere) drive you crazy? This systematic, monastic tower of pillows indicates you have a modernist style. If someone saw your bed, they would probably guess that you're artistic, creative, and intellectual.

If Your Pillows Are Delicate and Decorative

Are your pillows an exuberant array of Euro-square, cases, shams, boudoirs, and neck rolls? Do designs without embellishment feel cold and unwelcoming to you? If you're drawn to a dreamy, whimsical look, then you're a romantic. You prefer frilly and feminine to streamlined and rigid and are a firm believer that more is more.

If Your Pillows Are Perfectly Symmetrical

Do you consider yourself organized? Keeping all your ducks in a row — and your pillows too — means you have a tailored, classic style. This look is best for someone who is detail-orientated, organized, and orderly
This is how my bedroom pillows are.

Well, how do you fix your bed pillows?
