I've been having trouble sleeping too! Luckily I don't have to ever wake up at a specific time, so sometimes I will stay up and work.
If I really need to sleep, I'll re-make my bed, turn off ALL lights, change into some lighter pajamas (heavy, hot stuff makes me stay awake) and try again.
Well, can't help you on this one. I most always sleep like a baby. I may have a couple of times a month that I wake up around 3:00 and have a hard time going back to sleep, but that's rare. Thank goodness!
I have horrible insomnia. So bad I have been put on Ambien at different times but I hate and avoid taking it. I have a special playlist of slow calming music I put on and I read a little to get my eyes tired.
I usually read, and then somehow that puts me to sleep. BUT..the other night I was up until 3:30-ish, and I couldn't figure out why. I just watched TV in the bed, and at some point I did fall asleep. I was exhausted the next day though :(
I'm guessing this means you are very tired too. Boo hiss to that! Have you tried Melatonin? I used to have sleeping problems, and that was a God send. Totally natural, and non-addictive.

I take a little OTC sleep aid in order to avoid this problem. Works like a charm.
